• Basic Plan – ₹1,999/month: Group training with 20+ people per batch. Workouts are pre-recorded and updated daily for 22 days a month. Saturdays and Sundays are off.
  • Intermediate Plan – ₹4,999/month: Small batch training with a maximum of 10 people. Live sessions are conducted by me, allowing closer tracking and guidance.
  • 1-on-1 Plan – ₹14,999/month: Personalized 1-on-1 training with me, including live sessions and a customized diet plan prepared by a dietitian.
  • Basic Plan: 20+ people per batch.

In the Basic Plan, you’ll get access to daily pre-recorded workout videos. Each day features a different workout, and I will personally monitor your form during the live session if needed.

Yes! The level of personalized attention depends on your plan:

  • Basic Plan: Personalized attention won’t be provided; only basic form correction will be given if needed.
  • Intermediate Plan: Since the batch size is small, each participant will be tracked closely and detailed form correction will be provided.
  • 1-on-1 Plan: Full personalized guidance is provided during every session.
The 1-on-1 plan includes:
  • Personalized live training sessions with me
  • Custom diet plan prepared by a dietitian
  • Direct guidance and tracking for every workout
  • WhatsApp support for any questions outside the sessions
Once you purchase a plan, you will automatically receive a personalized meeting link. This link is only for you and should not be shared. You can join the live sessions every day using this link.
Yes, diet and nutrition guidance is included only in the 1-on-1 plan (₹14,999/month). A dietitian will prepare a personalized diet plan for you.

Absolutely! All participants get WhatsApp support. You can ask questions, share your progress, or clarify doubts anytime.

Workouts are conducted 22 days a month, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are off. You can choose from available time slots to join your preferred batch.
